Epiphany's February to July results mean that this year will represent yet another year of significant growth for the company. Epiphany exceeded its challenging half-year targets, with revenue reaching £2.9 million.
A compound annual growth rate of 41% means that Epiphany has been one of Europe's fastest-growing search marketing specialists since 2009. Last year the agency grew its revenue from management fees by 54%.
The recent announcement has gained coverage from The Business Desk, eConsultancy and The Drum.
Epiphany has realised its challenging growth targets by securing an additional £1.9 million of new business since February 2012, increasing its headcount and winning a series of new clients.
The agency is forecasting that it will recruit its 100th member of staff within the next month in response to the continued growth of the business.
Epiphany has won new business in the 2012-13 financial year from both existing and new accounts. The agency has won a host of well-known clients in 2012 including Paul Smith, Matches, Leeds Building Society, Real Networks, Clarks and Leeds Trinity University College.
Kim Somerville, Director of Marketing at Leeds Trinity University College, has just started to work with Epiphany, she said: "It is important for us to work with a creative search agency that truly understands our strategy and marketing objectives. Epiphany offers a unique approach to search and the team is adding real value to our digital marketing and student recruitment."
Epiphany Group CEO Rob Shaw said: "We're a specialist agency operating in one of the most important channels for digital marketers. Our strong growth is down to our focus on great client service, a culture of innovation and the fact that we recruit and retain the best minds in the industry."
Epiphany issued share options to staff in February 2012 and was recently highly commended for its staff benefits scheme at the Benefits Excellence Awards. Epiphany's graduate recruitment scheme was recognised by Graduates Yorkshire as the best in the region, winning Yorkshire Graduate Employer of the Year in August 2012.
The Epiphany group of companies is in the process of establishing a sister agency in Sydney, Australia alongside a new PR and social agency (Shackleton PR) in the UK. Epiphany has also won a raft of awards this year and became the first search agency ever to pick up an Information is Beautiful Award for its data visualisation work for EvoEnergy two weeks ago.
Epiphany was recently shortlisted as Digital Agency of the Year in the MiNetwork Awards.
