Last weekend (3rd March 2012) our very own Malcolm Slade made his full session speaking debut at Think Visibility 7.

 Malcolm was amongst a very select speaking crowd including:

  • Barry Adams from Pierce Communications speaking on "E-commerce SEO"
  • Anna Lewis from Koozai speaking on "Google Analytics"
  • Jon Quinton from SEO Gadget speaking on "Link Building"
  • Carla Marshall of Sorbet speaking on "Video SEO"
  • Kean Richmond of Bronco speaking on "What to do Next"
  • James Carson of Bauer Media speaking on "Death"
  • Dan Harrison speaking on "Wordpress tips"
  • Daniel McGuire of Carnival Creative speaking on "Fivver"
  • And last but not least... Pierre Far of Google talking about "Indexing and Crawling".

Malcolm spoke on the importance of brands in search and got some great questions from the audience, so we decided to get his slides up on Slideshare for the world to see.

This year ThinkVis featured a bouncy castle, poker, Rock Bank and 4-player Gran Turismo for the after party. The Weakest Link and Nerf Guns occupied visitors during the lunch break, Chewbacca talked about his hatred of George Lucas and speakers broached the subject of "What would happen if Google dropped anchor text as a factor?".
