Growing business demands have presented the opportunity for a Senior PPC Analyst to join our Leeds PPC team.

A mathematical qualification is desirable for this highly analytical role, although a proven mathematical approach to Paid Search Advertising will be considered.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing PPC campaigns across a range of sectors. They will have an exceptional understanding of accepted best practises in this fast paced industry and have a proven ability to put these into action.

They will also have experience at utilising client specific business data in search campaigns in order to get the best possible returns. Combining their numerical skills and paid search knowledge they will be comfortable forecasting different scenarios to clients and advising on optimal strategy based on this.

Other desirable skills and knowledge include brilliant communication with clients and colleagues, an ability to pass on what they know to those around them and a good understanding of all essential tools for the job: Google AdWords, AdWords Editor, Bing Ads, Bing Ads Editor, Google Analytics and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel). Some experience in other popular industry tools is also desirable.

key responsibilities.

  • Creating PPC campaigns to specific client requirements
  • Gain an understanding of clients business and their campaign objectives
  • Maintain, manage and optimise client PPC campaigns to deliver the best possible ROI
  • To make recommendations based on statistical data in order to achieve the campaign objectives
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports for each project managed
  • Provide keyword research as necessary
  • Make recommendations on landing page content to maximise quality score
  • Attend client meetings with the ability to provide campaign updates and strategic advice
  • Collaborate and communicate with key teams and personnel in the company to deliver a brilliant all round experience of epiphany for all clients
  • Provide support to other staff members as required
  • Assist in the sales process by auditing accounts and creating projections for new clients in a variety of sectors
  • Aid with the continued development of the Epiphany PPC offering including tools and areas of expansion
  • Other duties as directed by the Head of PPC or PPC Managers which are of benefit to the PPC Team or wider Performance Teams

  • Excellent analytical, written and numerical skills
  • Good verbal communication skills with both colleagues and clients
  • Brilliant organisational skills in order to balance multiple projects
  • In depth understanding of Google AdWords and equivalents such as Bing Ads
  • Appreciation of latest bid management and optimisation techniques
  • Be able to use Google Analytics and similar statistical packages
  • Understanding of a variety of tools available that can be used to research keywords, manage and optimise PPC campaigns
