We’re looking for a talented Head of Telesales to join Jaywing’s sales and marketing team. The role will include managing the telesales function for Jaywing and its agencies including Bloom, Epiphany and Jaywing PR. You will have experience of managing a team, and a proven track record in B2B telesales / inside sales management.

The role will be based in our Leeds office, also home to Jaywing’s agency Epiphany.

key responsibilities.

  • Meeting assigned sales targets, both individually and as a team
  • Developing a high performing Inside Sales team through coaching and training
  • Working with the Marketing team to develop successful lead generation campaigns
  • Managing all prospect and customer contact data in a CRM database
  • Working with field-based Business Development teams to organise prospect appointments
