About the role

You will have in depth knowledge of the industry and the latest developments, and a willingness to share this with internally and also be adept at translating this to help your client’s wider business.

Key responsibilities

You’ll be required to:

  • Manage and develop a team
  • Ensure we are running best practice and innovative campaigns
  • Leading on clients longer term media strategy and attending QBRs
  • Develop a strong client relationship
  • Enable good partner relations and improve processes to enable this
  • Review team process to ensure efficiency
  • Responsibility for your clients KPIs being hit or exceeded, or being able to investigate and explain other factors that may lead to these being missed
  • Support new business responses and meetings, identifying opportunities for upsell within our specialism and the wider business
  • Willingness to educate internally and in marketing material such as website, blogs or events

Skills needed:

  • Experienced online media planner / buyer (4 years+)
  • Have run large scale and multiple Paid Social and Programmatic campaigns
  • Well versed in the ad tech and tracking requirements to deliver campaigns
  • A passion for media planning and digital advertising
  • Strategic planning capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to deal with any campaign issues that may arise calmly and confidently
  • Adept at running campaign across multiple clients and channels with prioritisation
