Epiphany has experienced another record year of growth and continued recruiting after seeing its 100th member of staff join the team this year.

Rob Shaw, Group CEO, said: "We've always known that our people are our biggest asset and we're delighted that we've reached this landmark figure. The agency continues to grow and we are still recruiting heavily across the group going into 2013."

The team gathered in November to celebrate reaching the milestone of one hundred members of staff in Leeds. Staff were presented with exclusive mugs and assembled for an epic team photo, which was followed by a champagne buffet party in the afternoon. The team also made a video of our Epiphany 100 celebrations.

TheBusinessDesk.com recently reported that Epiphany had exceeded its half-year targets, with revenue reaching £2.9m. Epiphany's February to July results mean that this year will represent yet another year of significant growth for the company.

A compound annual growth rate of 41 per cent means that Epiphany has been one of Europe's fastest-growing search marketing specialists since 2009. Last year the agency grew its revenue from management fees by 54 per cent.
