The Benefits Excellence Awards have just announced their shortlists and we are very pleased to announce that Epiphany has been shortlisted in both "The Best Integrated Benefits/Reward Programme" and "The Most Effective Green and/or CSR Strategy" award categories.

The Benefits Excellence Awards are the first in the UK to focus entirely on voluntary employee benefits, dedicating full attention to rewarding HR and benefits programmes.

A panel of thirteen judges selected the category finalists based upon -

  • Alignment of business and employee needs
  • Clever and well implemented strategies
  • Ingenuity in communications
  • High take-up rates
  • Tangible impact on employee engagement and areas of objective improvement

Yahoo, Three, The Camelot Group, McDonalds, Specsavers and L'Occitane en Provence are just a few of the brands to have made a shortlist position in the fifteen award categories.

We are delighted to have been recognised and shortlisted for both of these awards and are looking forward to the awards ceremony, which will be held at the Tate Modern on Tuesday 25th September, 2012.
