We are looking for an Account Director to work closely with our talented team of account handlers to develop our clients and lead by example in retaining and growing accounts.

key responsibilities.

  • Manage a client services team, overseeing key client accounts with strategic input and direction to retain and grow them
  • Work with other teams within the agency to deliver digital marketing strategies, tailored to clients’ needs and objectives
  • Be a key point of contact for senior level clients
  • Work with team members to mentor and coach their progression
  • Support the business development team, as required

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent at building and maintaining sophisticated relationships with both clients and colleagues
  • Experience of managing and motivating client services teams
  • Extensive account management experience within the digital sector, preferably with multi-channel experience
  • Effective problem solving skills
  • Ability to communicate and present to senior management
  • Previous agency experience preferred
