SEOMoz is a great blog from a US blogger, looking at search engine optimization, internet marketing – in fact, similar issues to those we look at here. This chart summarises the breakdown, although he points out that it’s not always a simple case of dividing each week or month like this. For instance, developing new features is time consuming when redesigning a website, but will not take any time for several months after that. There are also several perhaps unexpected segments – participation in online communities is something that is often overlooked by many web teams. Web marketing is almost always cost-effective than doing other kinds of marketing, there are still costs required. You may get a much higher return on your investment since you\’re able to study how effective your marketing is doing. A lot of websites allow clients to track where their visitors comes from, it\’s easier to identify and cut any online marketing that is plainly not working. Due to this tool, small businesses should not immediately cut their SEO budget when times get tough.
