Rob Shaw

With over 24 years’ experience in the technology sector and more specifically in the field of digital and search marketing, Rob has managed services for some of the UK’s largest companies, including Tesco, O2 and Pets at Home.
As CEO, Rob is responsible for the overall delivery of PPC, SEO and Web Development across the company, ensuring that Epiphany delivers world-class services and results to its clients. Rob’s remit also involves directing the strategic growth of the company and enhancing its position as a pioneering and trusted brand within the search industry. Prior to joining Epiphany, Rob was Managing Director of Latitude White and Technology Director of the Latitude Group.
Rob is a regular speaker at business development events, specialising in how search marketing can be embraced by companies to their commercial advantage.
When he’s not thinking about search marketing he takes part in Ironman triathlon and Ultramarathon running.
Abi Liddle
Client Services Director
Abi has over 13 years’ experience in the digital sector. Prior to joining Epiphany, with a strong background in new media, she oversaw a range of both integrated and online marketing campaigns from brief to delivery for clients. Abi’s team ensures clients receive great service from Epiphany.
Andy Heaps
Operations Director
Andy has over 8 years experience in search and has helped to deliver many millions of pounds of additional revenue to companies in a vast range of sectors through innovation and excellence in search. Andy leads Epiphany’s search marketing teams and is responsible for delivering ROI-led search campaigns for some of the world’s biggest brands.
Gaz Battersby
Creative Director
Gaz has over 12 years experience leading creative teams specialising in design for a host of big name brands across both web, mobile and print. Gaz leads Epiphany’s research and development, web development and creative teams.
Ryan Scaife
Finance Manager
Ryan has overseen Epiphany's finance team for four years and is our company secretary. He is responsible for our financial planning, compliance and HR and has recently been nominated for a 2012 Yorkshire Finance Rising Star.
Michael Maslona
Sales Director
Michael has 12 years of search marketing experience from SEO & PPC production and delivery through to account management and now over 7 years in sales. Michael has helped some of the UK’s largest brands see the value of search marketing and manages the sales function at Epiphany.
Tom Salmon
Marketing Director
Tom has 13 years’ experience in marketing communications, event management and strategic planning, including creating a plan worth £42 million over five years a major higher education institution, Tom is responsible for innovation and the team of Epiphany Experts.
Jim Whittaker
Finance Director
Jim qualified as a chartered accountant in 1994 and has spent most of his professional working life in Corporate Finance at KPMG and Arthur Andersen, working on MBOs, M&A and stock market flotations.
